When people reach middle age, their body fat tends to increase, even more in women than in men. This increased weight is especially in the belly area and around the waist. We may have considered these changes as a result of age, but as time passed, the negative effects of this bodily change on our health were noticed.

  • Avoid sugar and sugary products that have a high glycemic index.
  • Increase your lean protein intake.
  • Reduce your total carbohydrate intake.
  • Choose foods with higher fiber content.
  • Do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a day. (Walking, biking, swimming..)

So what should we add to our diet to accelerate fat breakdown? Here are some tips to lose belly fat:

Miracle food, pineapple: Pineapple can be described as very sweet by many, but pineapple is actually not high on the glycemic index. Thanks to its fiber content, it is a perfect edema remover as it gives a feeling of saturation. It accelerates fat breakdown thanks to the bromelain it contains at the same time. You can consume pineapple alone or with yogurt for dessert.

– Yogurt: Recent studies show that milk and dairy products accelerate fat breakdown, especially around the belly. Yogurt with high water and calcium content is also very helpful in intestinal detox thanks to the probiotics it contains.

– Oolong tea: Oolong tea, which accelerates your metabolism, will also accelerate your fat destruction. 1 cup of oolong tea, drunk with medium meals, will both increase your fluid intake and cause many reactions inside!

– Cinnamon: The most pleasant feature of cinnamon is that it does not contain calories. Cinnamon, which you can add to many foods without containing any calories, actually increases both your metabolic rate and your body temperature. You can consume it as a stick cinnamon in herbal teas or as a powder cinnamon with yoghurt/milk.

Breakfast: 1 glass of yogurt

1 slice of pineapple

1 tablespoon of oatmeal

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Noon: 1 can of light tuna

Salad with plenty of greens + 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Search: 1 green apple

Evening: Vegetable omelet with plenty of greens prepared with 3 egg whites

2 days

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg

1 slice of whole wheat bread

cold cuts salad

1 cup of oolong tea

Noon: 3 tablespoons of boiled green lentils + 2 tablespoons of curd cheese with plenty of greens

Search: 2 dried apricots

1 cup of coffee in milk

Breakfast: 2 slices of light meat with avocado sauce
