- 1/2 teaspoon Epsom salt (English baking soda)
Leave this antibacterial and anti-inflammatory mask on your face for 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, clean your face with lukewarm water.

You can mix a quarter avocado with 1 teaspoon of honey and add 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil, coconut oil and olive oil, if desired. Put all my face in your face. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
